Best summed up as, Bordeaux meets Burgundy via Villány...
The 'Bock Royal Cuvee' is largely made up of Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir, with a small portion being Cabernet Franc and Merlot.
Matured for 22 months in a mixture of new and old barriques, its colour is a beautifully deep purplish red - reminiscent of pomegranate. Enticing sweet spices come through on the palate. And on the nose, aromas of chocolate and vanilla.

A Malatinszky trademark, and the result of nearly a decade of experiments with Kékfrankos.
It was Csaba’s recognition that Kékfrankos needed to be treated in a more Burgundian way that led to the concept of blending with Pinot Noir and creating this unique blend. It was aged in oak for 10 months and the result is a fresh, spicy and elegant wine.Malatinszky2007Type:Red Wine0.75 l£15.00
