Touted as the next big thing by the trade, Rhine-Riesling has gained a lot of fans over recent years. But, putting trends aside, this is an extremely drinkable representation of the versatile grape. Its restrained aromatics ooze class, while in the mouth it is clean and full. Crafted from handpicked grapes.
A perfect accompaniment to spicy Asian dishes.

A fragrant and floral blend of Chardonnay (55%), (German) Riesling (40%), and Muscat Ottonel (5%).

Nose: floral with herbs, a hint of citrus and grape notes.

Palate: vibrant with refreshing acidity and fine minerality with a surprisingly long finish.

A very well-balanced wine with structure – almost akin to Sauvignon Blanc.

The Serena is in part organic, and will be completely organic for the next vintage. It is made entirely from free run juice. And has been fermented at controlled temperature levels in stainless steel - with 5 months of battonage.
