Muscat Ottonel is most notable for its use in dry wines from Alsace and Hungary.
This wine is a wonderful representation of the grape, it's light and summery yet complex enough to be paired with a wealth of dishes. Although a dry wine, the fruit and aromatics are very much to the fore.

A fragrant and floral blend of Chardonnay (55%), (German) Riesling (40%), and Muscat Ottonel (5%).
Nose: floral with herbs, a hint of citrus and grape notes.

A very well-balanced wine with structure – almost akin to Sauvignon Blanc.

A grape that originally arrived from Germany in the eighteenth century and is now regarded as a traditional variety in the Villány area.
Simple tank fermentation at controlled temperatures has brought out the juicy, gently spicy fruit with its moderate colour and typically light tannins.

This Bordeaux grape is rarely found elsewhere in the world vinified as a single variety, but in Villány, it seems to have found a new home. It ripens consistently without the green herbaceous notes than can mark the variety elsewhere. It has been planted in the area for over 40 years and is no upstart newcomer.

The 'Bock Royal Cuvee' is largely made up of Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir, with a small portion being Cabernet Franc and Merlot.
Matured for 22 months in a mixture of new and old barriques, its colour is a beautifully deep purplish red - reminiscent of pomegranate. Enticing sweet spices come through on the palate. And on the nose, aromas of chocolate and vanilla.

Produced from Syrah/Shiraz grown in Bock’s most southerly vineyard, it was aged in new oak barrels for 18 months.
This is a deep red coloured wine with an aromatic spicy nose, an intense core of black fruits and a backbone of supple tannins.
