We at Mephisto Wine Merchants have carefully chosen and established relationships with some of Central & Eastern Europe's most distinguished winemakers to ensure that the wines we offer are of a high standard.
Our focus is on the diverse wines of Hungary, the historic wines of Georgia ("The Cradle of Wine"), and the buzzworthy wines of Croatia. We aim to help wine buyers from the trade and wine enthusiasts discover the best of what this region has to offer at every price point.
Established in 2007, our portfolio boasts some of the most iconic names in Hungarian, Georgian and Croatian winemaking: Tokaj Nobilis, Bock, Tbilvino, Georgian Valleys, Takler, Benvenuti, Beres, Skaramuca, Samuel Tinon, Malatinszky, Nyakas, and Laposa.
Mephisto Wine Merchants has since gone on to establish itself as The Central & Eastern European Specialist of Choice due to our range of distinctive wines. It is with great pride that, we offer our services to some of the country's most exclusive hotels and restaurants. Our customers include: Claridge's, "rhubarb", Hakkasan Group, and celebrity chef, Atul Kochhar - to name but a few.
